I combined “AMBIENCE SYNTH”  into performance art project “CHANGE”.  With this project, I wanted to express the interesting fact in Kafka’s book “Ein Hungerkünstler”. The food for artists might different from ordinaries. Therefore, in this project I used the money to change people’s attention, I built a small video installation, when people came check my work I would give them money due to only attention can make me full.

 

During the performance at INSTANT Niao Niao performance art festival, the basic properties of my project have been changed, the “chengguan” (Chinese city inspectors who always bully Vendors) start to use water gun to attack me ironically reveal the dark side of Chinese city management.
